- Creamy Rice Pudding Delight
- – 1 cup of rice
- – 2 cups of milk
- – 1/2 cup of sugar
- – 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1. Rinse the rice in a fine mesh strainer and bring it to a boil with 4 cups of water in a pot.
- 2. Reduce heat to low and let the rice simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until tender.
- 3. Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the pot and stir until well combined.
- 4. Increase the heat to medium and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed most of the milk and the mixture has thickened.
- 5. Remove from heat and let it cool down for a bit.
- 6. Once cooled, spoon the creamy rice pudding into bowls and serve warm or chilled.
