  10. Directions:
  11. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  12. 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a simmer.
  13. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold milk until smooth.
  14. 4. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering milk mixture, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
