  3. – 3 cups of whole milk
  4. – 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  5. – 1 cup of evaporated milk
  6. – 1/2 cup of sugar
  7. – 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  8. – 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  9. – Pinch of salt
  10. Instructions:
  11. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the three types of milk and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  12. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  13. 3. Slowly pour the dry mixture into the milk mixture, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  14. 4. Continue to cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  15. 5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
